Will i be notified of the shipping status of my order? yes, you will receive a confirmation email after you place your order and another email after your order is shipped. What if i received incorrect or damaged items? our quality assurance team makes sure that all products are in good condition before they are sent out. however there will always be a couple of cases where the poor condition ones are missed out. if you received defective or incorrect items, send a photo of the damaged goods to help@madeinagape.com, we will then gladly assist you and send a replacement to you at no cost. Do you accept custom orders? we are not taking single custom orders at this point of time. however if you require 100 pieces or more of custom item, please email us and we will see what we can do for you. if you have a verse or phrase that you wish for it to appear in one of our apparel designs, please email us help@madeinagape.com. we keep track of our customers’ requests so your idea could be considered if there’s enough request for it.
